Guided by the desire to establish Yaytseprom AD as a leading Bulgarian company in the field of production and trade in eggs, we ensure the fulfillment of all requirements for quality, hygiene and safety, both in production and in customer service through our continuous commitment and strict control.
The company was one of the first in the industry to implement an integrated quality management system and a system for hazard analysis and control of critical points (HACCP), since then we have increased that standard and now have been certified for implementation of the production activity is performed in compliance with the Food Quality and Safety Management System according to the international standard FSSC 22000.
The FSSC 22000 ensures that eggs are produced and packed to the highest standards of foods safety and traceability and in a manner which protects the environment. A complete certification Scheme for Food Safety Management Systems based on existing standards for certification (ISO 22000, ISO 22003 and technical specifications for sector PRPs).
From day old chicks to the eggs in the customer’s fridge, all steps of the process are crucial to the production of first class product.
To ensure the highest quality products, Yaitzeprom control all aspects of the process including control of hens from day old, management of feed and breed selection. Our own veterinarians are onsite at all times to monitor the health and welfare of the hens. A full time farm auditor carries out monthly audits to ensure our high level of standards. The auditor also collects the monthly samples for laboratory monitoring.
